The tradition continues… as the Hotel and Restaurant Chefs’ Association of the Philippines (HRCAP) and the Center for Advanced Training in Food and Beverage Services Inc. (CATFABS) stage their annual chefs’ showdown tagged as the “CATFABS Chefs Culinary Showdown with HRCAP” on September 1, 2011 at the FOOD & DRINKS ASIA 2011, World Trade Center, Manila.
